What are your standard delivery times?
For in-stock furniture items, we typically deliver within 3-5 working days. Larger items requiring a two-man delivery team may take up to 7-10 working days, and you will be contacted to schedule a convenient time slot.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, all Laura James products come with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Some specific collections may offer extended warranties, which will be noted on the product page.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original packaging and unassembled condition for a full refund, minus any applicable collection fees.
Can I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking link and a unique consignment number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Does the furniture come pre-assembled?
Most of our items are delivered flat-packed to ensure they arrive safely and can be easily moved into your room of choice. Comprehensive assembly instructions and all necessary hardware are included in every box.
