At Laura James, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If your new piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place all components back into their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Schedule a Collection

  Choose a convenient date for our specialized two-man courier team to collect larger furniture items, or drop off smaller accessories at your nearest designated courier point.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return to confirm it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
